How long does it take for my order to be processed and shipped :

All orders are processed in 24-48h and shipped within this time frame unless there are statutory holidays or other.

Can i return my purchase of recieve a refund : 

All sales are final however if you have a defective or damaged product, please communicate with us through the contact us form.

I have purchased an item from the Luxury Beds collection, when will i receive this item :

Allow up to 8 weeks for the delivery of a Luxury Bed or other products from the collection. If you have not recieved a message from our staff members within 8 weeks please message us in the contact us form.

I want to request a refund for a Luxury Bed from the Luxury Beds collection. Is it possible? :

In case of a defective beauty bed or product, please contact us promptly for a replacement if needed, a product assesement is required. Kindly note that items from the luxury beds collection have a 20% restocking fee deducted from the refund and returns are only eligible within 14 days of reception. Luxury beds come with a 1-year standard warranty.

If you have unpackaged your beauty bed and it is no longer in its original wrapping, all returns will be subject to a 100% restocking fee because the product is no longer in sellable condition. Shipping fees for faulty goods are covered by us, otherwise the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
